If breakfast is the most meal of the day, then the 95.5 The Fish Mom Squad made a great choice last week. Locally owned Mr. Chicken treated us to delicious food and shared information about new ideas and menu options. As a mom, it was encouraging to hear that they use high grade chicken that is never frozen and are loyal to local farmers. Mr. Chicken has an amazing passion for serving the marginalized in Northeast Ohio and especially those that experience a lack of food and nutrition. They have committed to donating $250.000 to this cause.
What a pleasure it was to meet Dan Feldman and Christine McManus from Mr. Chicken. They shared with the group the history and mission of the business which includes a 47 year legacy.
